1. All rules are strictly enforced; failure to comply with any rule can result in eviction from the property with no refund.
2. We do not give refunds. If you must leave early for any reason we will give you a rain check.
3. Parking - Please do not park on the grass. You may park in front or back of the unit depending on how you are set up. You may also park on the street as long as you do not impede traffic.
4. No washing of vehicles is allowed on the property.This includes campers, cars, trucks and trailers, etc.
5. Quiet time begins at 10:00 P.M.. :
6. All Alcoholic beverages must be in plain containers only.
7. Pets are welcome in the campground. The city of Vicksburg requires your pet to be on a leash at all times when outside. We require you to clean up after your pet.
8. NO RUGS OR CARPETS ON GRASS.
9. Only one camping unit per site and no more than 2 additional vehicles on the site.
10. Management reserves the right to assign sites.
11. No site changes permitted without prior approval from management.
12. All camping units must be in good condition.Management reserves the right to determine condition and may refuse rental to units deemed too old or in poor condition.
13. Tent camping is not permitted on the property at anytime.
14. Satellite dishes must be on a tripod. Absolutely no holes are to be dug to insert poles for anything.
15. Gray water - per Mississippi State Law - absolutely no gray water will be discharged on the ground. Each site has a sewer connection. Every site is required to have a sewer collar for health and safety purposes.
16. Each campsite must be kept clean of garbage and debris.
17. Household garbage will be picked up at the campsite at 10:00 A.M. - Garbage must be bagged and closed with a twist tie.
18. The cleanliness of the restroom is everyone's responsibility. Do not put foreign objects in the toilets.
19. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult in all buildings on the property at all times.
20. Courtesy - Please do not walk through other campers' sites.
